These chef’s tweezers are both sturdy and large enough to grab larger foods but also have a fine point for a more delicate touch and increased dexterity. The interior side of the tips have fine ridges that create a “grippy” texture for more control but won’t leave indents in food the way standard tongs do. With Rösle’s product, we were able to individually turn cubed potatoes and lift pasta out of the pot without damaging them.
